Your writing

You retain ownership of your writing. Using the device or enabling backups does not transfer ownership of your manuscripts to this project.

Optional connections

SD, NAS and Google Drive copies depend on the storage, accounts and connections you choose. You are responsible for using accounts and destinations you are authorized to access. Third-party services have their own terms and availability requirements. See the privacy policy for how the Google integration handles data.

Prototype availability

The firmware is in development. Features may change, and direct Google Drive sign-in is not yet offered as a verified public release. There is no promise of uninterrupted service or a particular backup outcome. Check important copies and keep an independent backup of valuable writing.

Software licensing

Any firmware distribution is governed by its included software license and third-party notices. This website does not replace those licenses or offer rights to third-party trademarks.

Support and updates

The project can be contacted at the address above. There is no paid support plan or service-level agreement offered on this website. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.
